THE POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF N.C.A.C.
1.) Rationalize and coordinate the functions of consumer protection agencies;
2.) Monitor and evaluate implementation of consumer programs and projects and take appropriate steps to comply with the established priorities, standards and guidelines;
3.) Undertake a continuing program on consumer education and information campaign; and
4.) Submit full report on the progress of the implementation of the consumer programs to Congress and the Office of the President
HOW TO FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT
1. Identify the problem/s.
2. Gather necessary documents for the complaint.
3. Secure receipts from the department store where the goods were purchased.
4. Write a formal letter addressed to The Consumer Complaint Center, Department of Trade and Industry
